Prints are not able to be aligned front-to-back. Multiple Templates. Include print files for every garment size in your order. Garments do not size-up evenly. Beware of Web Images! High-quality prints require artwork that’s at least 150 dpi. After you place your order, you can submit your artwork here.
EXPECTED RESULTS
Sublimation printing is awesome, but not magic. Expect imperfections around seams and folds.
Single-Sided Prints will show the bare garment color on the non-printed side.Smudges & White Streaks near edges, seams, and collars are normal. Design Within These Limitations by strategically placing patterns or graphics near problem areas.Shifting On Press up to 2″ is normal. Prints are not able to be aligned front-to-back. COPYRIGHT PROTECTION ​

User acknowledges that the images uploaded and utilized by User to compose an order are not copyrighted by a third party or, if copyrighted, User has secured the right to use the image for the order User is placing. User indemnifies Art Wear Labs LLC for any copyright infringement caused by order(s) placed by User. User indemnifies Art Wear Labs LLC from and against all claims by a third party and resulting costs for copyright infringement related to User's order including, but not limited to, lawsuits, claims, losses, legal costs, court costs, travel expenses, fines, damages, licensing fees and other costs.
IMAGE STORAGE

User acknowledges that this site is not intended to be a permanent archive for images, content, or finished orders. Uploaded images, and finished orders will be deleted on a periodic basis to the discretion of Art Wear Labs LLC. Art Wear Labs LLC will not be held liable for losses caused by the deletion of User's images, content, or finished orders.​
PRIVACY

Art Wear Labs LLC respects User's privacy. When placing an order, User provides information including User's name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, as well as order recipient name, telephone number, email address and mailing address ("Private Information"). Art Wear Labs LLC will not sell, barter, lease, rent, donate or share User's Private Information. Art Wear Labs LLC will provide user's Private Information solely to enable the fulfillment of User's Order.
PRICING​
Prices charged by the site are subject to change without notice. Prices are not guaranteed for a particular order until the User's credit card has been successfully charged for the order. Please contact sales@artwearlabs.com for volume pricing.
OFFENSIVE CONTENT ​

User agrees to not compose orders containing Offensive Content. Offensive Content includes images or text that are

obscene, slanderous, deceptive or pornographic

offensive to or disparaging of racial, ethnic, religious, or other groups,

inflammatory,

defined as obscene or offensive by applicable local, state or federal laws,

advocates illegal activities or
-
is harmful to minors in any way.
User agrees that Art Wear Labs LLC may determine at their own discretion what content it deems Offensive Content. User agrees that Art Wear Labs LLC may choose to not produce any order that contains Offensive Content.
ORDERING, SHIPPING, AND RETURN

While placing your order, you can upload the images to be used as you select products. We cannot be held responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail. We will notify you if an image's quality is not appropriate for the design you have selected. If the image's quality is good, your credit card will be charged. If we need a different image, we will email you explaining why we can't use that image and your credit card won't be charged until we receive and approve a new image. We will start working on your design within 48 hours and will start shipping within 10 working days depending on the size of your order, availability of product and order volume. Once your selected product is printed, your fee won't be refunded under any circumstances since all imprints are custom. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the design, you may contact us either by phone or email. We’ll review the problem with you. If your product is damaged in transit, we will replace it and send you a new one after the courier company picks up and inspects the damaged goods and its packaging. Shipping damage claims must be made within three days from receipt of goods. Since our standard method of shipping is UPS, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. If you are paying by credit card, you must be at least 18 years of age and the authorized cardholder. The address to which merchandise is shipped must be the card holder's billing address. We cannot be held responsible for email delivery failures. Holiday orders and requests for design changes are subject to extended delivery times. We can process rush orders at an additional charge. Art Wear Labs LLC reserves the right to use any ordered designs in the Art Wear Labs LLC website or in the Art Wear Labs LLC marketing materials.
